-2 egg whites
-pepper!!!I don’t know the calorie count, and I’m sure the pesto wasn’t the BEST for me… But my god was this delicious and FILLING!!!

Another morning post!!! After a week of getting back on it! I feel good… not I just want to work my stomach and legs more. I side abs need to come in! Also Im doing the whole “no candy october”, along with not weighing my self all month! So far the no candy thing has been super easy! We’ll see when my period comes though! :D

Dinner!!! Egg whites, lentils, tomato, and spinach, wrapped in an Ezekiel tortilla! With a side of the lentil mix! And a cup of iced lemon water! Super clean, and delicious! :D
I think I saw the university womens cross country team today…
Running in the same park I was… All in sports bras and shorts… and really tan.
For one, they def motivated me to keep running!!! But I was also really glad I didnt wear my sports bra…
Feeling ok today!! My stomach for some reason is getting back in shape faster than my legs… :( anyways! I almost went running in just a sports bra!!!! #me
Brunch/snack:
- 1 Fuji apple
- 1 cup coconut milk yogurt
- heaping toss of oats (not cooked)
- sprinkle of coconut sugarSo delicious! And very healthy!!! Trying to limit my dairy intake!!
Leftover extra-lean turkey meatballs with spinach, boiled yams, and grapes!! I think this is a perfectly proportioned meal! Plus it was SUPER easy and quick to make!!! Xoxo
